      陳浩天,閩籍港商,登尼特集團和城際產業聯盟創始人。他擅長于創業孵化,商業運營和產業投資。在過去的20年,那是一個網絡互聯、信息爆炸、改革開放的大時代,大時代的疊加催生了許多時代符號,也催生了登尼特公司。陳浩天抓住這個時代契機,把眾多的時代符號轉化為登尼特公司的業務亮點,提出了為時代服務的概念。因此,他創立了12個事業發展部門,建立了40多家有限公司,讓登尼特公司與時代同頻共振,幫企業走出去,把企業引進來,為幾萬家企業提供了產業資源共享,行業數據分析,商業模型設計,企業信息咨詢,項目盡調投融以及各種在岸離岸的經管發展服務。

      陳浩天說:“登尼特走過了20年,前20年量的積累與沉淀將造就后20年質的飛躍與發展,可今天是一個關鍵性的轉折點。”今天,面對新時代的新挑戰,他抓住大灣區和自貿港的新概念,抓住了一帶一路的新契機,把登尼特戰略定位重新修正為:立足大灣區,背靠大中華,連接港澳臺,面向東南亞,輻射全世界”,為集團在新時期發展指明了路徑與方向。陳浩天還致力于推動城際產業聯盟的建設與發展,在全球范圍內,推動城際間的聯合聯營與合作發展;推動產業間資源共享與共創共贏。面對全球化的未來,他決定把登尼特上升一個臺階,以城際產業聯盟作為市場主體,建設一個無國界、跨行業、一站式、個性化的共享服務平臺,交流合作平臺,一個全球化、云端化、數據化,智能化和集成化的社會應用平臺。在回饋社會方面,陳浩天希望建立創業成長基金,企業腦庫智庫,助力中小企業穩健持續發展,也為跟隨多年的員工提供一個創業創新的機會,為社團、社區和社會做一份更大的擔當。

      成功并非偶然,陳浩天每天堅持學習與調研,工作與體驗。他通過客戶企業的成功故事和智慧案例,設計了各種虛擬商業模型和產業生態價值鏈條,集集體智慧成一庫。在過去20年,他利用自己編撰的企業經管發展集成體系,對內,建立了員工的成長機制,親自培帶和輔導團隊,團隊能力年年提升,公司業績年年增長;對外,注重創業創新思維和經管發展行為的咨詢輔導,經過他咨詢輔導過的小微企業,成功率達到80%以上。他還推動了許多跨國企業,國企央企,上市公司在城際間和國際間進行了雙向投資與互動發展。他的作品《商業思維模型》和《三九營銷商戰略》已在中國國家版權局登記注冊,不但可以幫助企業實現思維創新和渠道突破,還可以為企業打開持續穩健發展的商業密碼。這套集成體系從思維上,行為上和作為上,為企業做提升與規范。

      今年,62歲的陳浩天,仍然充滿著樂觀主義精神,神采奕奕,雄心勃勃,斗志昂揚,繼續謀求進步與擴張。他,時時張開雙臂,擁抱合作與發展,擁抱現在與未來,走向另一個20年的奮斗與挑戰。

      Personal Profile - Mr. Carlson Chan
      Carlson Chan, the founder of Tannet Group Limited and Citilink Industrial Alliance, is an expert in entrepreneurial incubation, commercial operations and industrial investment, and has successively established more than 12 professional departments, 40 companies over the past 20 years, Tannet is mainly engaged in providing biz-integrated services at corporate formation, secretarial services, office sharing, cyber promotion, business paperwork, legal and accounting services, business information and consultation, business outsourcing and two way offshore capital investment services .

      Carlson is good at business model design and operation chain management. He creates the way of business thinking and behaving, he trains his staff personally and has kept business going up for 20 consecutive years. He has now extended its business operation chain directly or jointly to more than 1000 cities worldwide, covering most of first tier cities, free trade zones, low tax rate areas, and offshore jurisdictions. Anyway, Carlson is working hard to build up a global service network  for the onshore and offshore businessmen,investors and entrepreneurs. Currently, with the combination of various resources, Tannet has become a multi-national and multi-functional market entity with a professional team of over 600 talents.       With the global economic integration background, it is an inevitable trend towards the direction of global market integration, with internet, knowledge and innovation science as the age symbol, Carlson is shaping and re-positioning the Tannet’s new developing strategy: Based in Grand China, Serving the World of Business, with Regional Expansion Focus. “The quantitative accumulation and precipitation in the past 20 years will serve as a qualitative leaping and developing in the next 20 years, today is a turning point, we are inclined to format the integrated services in line with the age symbol in this integrated world, We are doing our best to make business easier.” Carlson said. Meanwhile, Carlson is upgrading his Citilink Industrial Alliance, enhancing the inter-city business cooperation and industrial resource sharing. In the future, Mr. Chan hopes to find more partners and associates to further establish a supply chain and improve a borderless, cross-industry, one-stop and personalized business platform, making a business resource pool and a think tank come into being in effort to cater for the upcoming market demand.

      Carlson, at age of 62, is mapping out another 62 for his company and family with a very incentive initiative.
